Ingredients:
- Butter (prestige)(1 tablespoon)
- ILLOVO Sugar(1 tablespoon)
- 2 Eggs
- Flour
- Baking Powder (1 teaspoon)
- Cocoa Powder (½ tablespoon)
- Water (1 cup)
Instructions:
- Prepare a clean bowl, Add 1 tablespoon of butter, Illovo Sugar and whisk it to combine them.
- Add eggs to the mixture then whisk it until its smooth.
- Slowly pour about half the flour in the mixture and 1 teaspoon of baking powder, beat it until it’s combined.
- Add the water to the batter and mix until well combined. The batter will be very thin.
- Add cocoa powder to the mixture and keep on mixing until its soft and smooth
- Fill the cupcake liners about half way and bake for 18-23 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Remove the cupcakes from oven and allow to cool for 2 minutes, then remove to a cooling rack to finish cooling.
