CHOCOLATE CUPCAKES

Butter (prestige)(1 tablespoon), ILLOVO Sugar(1 tablespoon), 2 Eggs

Ingredients:

  • Butter (prestige)(1 tablespoon)
  • ILLOVO Sugar(1 tablespoon)
  • 2 Eggs
  • Flour
  • Baking Powder (1 teaspoon)
  • Cocoa Powder (½ tablespoon)
  • Water (1 cup)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare a clean bowl, Add 1 tablespoon of butter, Illovo Sugar and whisk it to combine them.
  2. Add eggs to the mixture then whisk it until its smooth.
  3. Slowly pour about half the flour in the mixture and 1 teaspoon of baking powder, beat it until it’s combined.
  4. Add the water to the batter and mix until well combined. The batter will be very thin.
  5. Add cocoa powder to the mixture and keep on mixing until its soft and smooth
  6. Fill the cupcake liners about half way and bake for 18-23 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  7. Remove the cupcakes from oven and allow to cool for 2 minutes, then remove to a cooling rack to finish cooling.
